Default Engine Hesitation

I have recently been experiencing a problem with my 2006 StreetGlide. When driving at highway speeds, the engine appears to "miss" or cutout, the bike doesn't die, just seems to hesitate for a split second at certain rpm's. This also seems to come and go, not a consistence problem.

I do have the 95" kit with the SE cams, heavy breather, V&H true dual's and a Power Commander tha was Dyno tuned by my local dealer over a year ago.

Any thoughts on might cause this?

Has it done it for more than one or two tanks of gas? Mine did it this year. I have a 2010 Dyna, and it was bad gas. It seems I am the only person who buys premium in my town.
So I started using 87 octane plus some booster to get it to 91/93, and she runs fine now.

Before I went to the Power Vision my PC5 had a skip every now and then like that. Tried the 5 on a buddys bike and his bike had the same skip. Could be the tuner.

Might check your intake gaskets. On my previous carbed harlies such behavior could be traced down to air coming in around an intake gasket.
Guessing it could be the same on an EFI bike.

You may have developed pinholes in the fuel lines from rubbing inside the tank. Do you notice it doing it more when you have less gas in the tank?
