Default Windshield fairing stud

One of my windshield fairing studs is pulling out for the inner fairing when I tighten the windshield screw. What has everyone done to fix this issue short of replacing the inner fairing.

Harley deaers have an 'insert' to replace the failed one...costs about 2 bucks a piece.
The originals are pressed in place when the fairing is made....replacements screw in and are much more permanant.

Wolfman beat me to it.
The insert is installed with the slotted end into the fairing.

Thanks Guys! On my way to the dealer now to pick a couple up. Might as well have an extra one for when the next one fails.
