Thanks everyone....fantastic info. Removing green TBW connector, soldering, and going to heat shrik the bundles before pulling them through. Gotta pic up some of this glide lube from lowes, as the only lube I have on hand is used for other things..... Cheers!!!
Remove the stock sheeve .leave about 2 inches to go through the holes in bars then go to Harbor freight and buy 1/2 heat shrink. comes in 4 ft lengths. ..after this you will not be struggling.
you got it....last is if you still have trouble just buy a new tbw throttle sensor. Will come with longer wires and no green plug 100 bucks.. Heat shrink is already on them.. Put the tbw in first...
