Default Experience with Scrub Cycles

Just want to share a personal purchasing experience that I had with Scrub Cycles. I want to start out by saying that alot of Harley dealerships and some online companies that I have dealt with have major arrogance and attitude issues....Not these guys. I contacted these guys and had some questions regarding product information and application instruction. Kip took the time out to address all my questions and did it with enthusiasm. I called regarding the Sinister Industries Up Yours Exhaust and wanted to pick their brain about the product before I made the purchase. What lead me to them was an internet search after I spoke directly to Sinister Industries themself. I contacted Sinister Industries and spoke to a rep (I believe Derek) and I got the impression that I was bothering him with my questions. Every answer her gave me had a unneeded condescending tone and put a really bad taste in my mouth. Its a shame when an authorized dealer for your product has better customer service than the company who produces the product. Derek's attitude was so poor that If I really didnt like the exhaust that much I would have went with another company. An employee is a direct reflection of it's owner and I'm not sure John Shope would be pleased to hear he has a phone rep scaring customers off because of a poor attitude. These guys at Scrub Cycles are disabled VETS and that makes me want to support them all the more!! I know this may sound like an advertisement for them but it isn't. I just feel that a community like ours should know good and bad experiences when it comes to making purchases. I will continue to support these guys in every way possible. The prices are right and so are their attitudes. Its nice to see there are still good people in business...
