Recently, I had a bad experience with a aftermarket part and the manufacturer didn't want to step up and take care of me the way I thought they should. They wanted to give me to jump through hoops then send the part back for repair, i wanted a new one. Since I purchased it through Eastern Performance they stepped in and made it right. I have nothing but praise for Brian, Derek, Cody and the rest of the internet Staff. Susan in returns is also very nice to work with and made me feel like a was her top priority. They are always willing to help and give honest opinions and make sure their customers are satisfied. Their service they give is top notch. I will be buying all my aftermarket parts through them.

 

That's good to hear... a friend of mine had exactly the opposite support on the exact same issue. Meaning neither the mfg or EP would own it. It was sub standard chroming. He's done with them.

 

I've ordered from them a few times and never had any issues.. Ladt time I sent a few emails I didn't get a reply but a call fixed that

Two weeks ago on Sunday evening I ordered an FP3 on line.
It was $399
Said I qualified for free shipping, but offered expedited shipping for $16.00
I stayed with free.
When I went to pay it gave me $100.00 discount.
I figured for free shipping I'd get it about week to 10 days by truck.
It arrived USPS Priority on Tuesday afternoon.

Very happy with them.

 

I live in the UK and use EP for all my Harley parts.They post them to me and even sort the import duty for me.
Brilliant people.

I live about 20 mins from them. Sent lots of time and money there this winter. Always helpful. Even willing to stay late as you ask a million questions about a product or the install of the product. I had a light fail that I had bought and they swapped it right out for me.
