2009 street glide fuel tank?

not without modification.
your 5 gal tanks have cut outs in the bottom to accomodate the ignition coil- the 09's have the coil under the seat.
you have to fabricate some mounts too.
and figure out the bungs and fuel pump ( if efi).
I bet it would be a lot easier and cheap to get a 6 gal tank that is made for your frame ( and seat mounting too), and paint it the way you want

I have a 2009 RG tank on my 1990 Glide. In my case it didn't require much effort or mods, but there are posts on HDF of members who have installed them on later bikes, including 'ultralongridesoreass'.
The extra gallon amounts to a 6" cube, which the factory has cleverly squeezed in. They have done that by moving the tank forward just a little on the frame, so there is less clearance with the forks, it is also an inch or so longer, has less cutouts underneath and has a more humped top. Everything visible on the tank is changed, so no parts carry over. My bike being carb, I can't comment on the EFI stuff.
One of the challenges for owners of later bikes is the bulk of the main harness, passing along the frame spine and under the seat, also creating clearance, if necessary, for the top stabilizer. The nose of the seat will also need to be modified, to get the longer tank in, although a later seat may fit as an alternative.
