Default Pin striping question

I'm thinking about grabbing a Midnight Pearl Road Glide Ultra. The problem is that I don't like that light blue pinstrip between the midnight pearl and silver stripe. Is it possible to pinstrip over a pinstrip and will it look good and what wood something loike that cost ballpark ??

Yes, it is very possible.

A couple weeks ago I had some Pinstriping done by Letterfly. I've seen on his website new colors over stock colors.

Cost depends on who does it.

It can be done but you may see a trace of the old with it being under the clear. A good striper should be able to pull it off but it will be over the clear and will not have the shine that it would if cleared over.

If I were to have it done, I would also do the other stripes. That way they are all on top of the factory clear.

Is your Avatar from "the hill" over there in central Big Boz?
Thats a pretty cool day trip for us, and quite the memorial.

Yes it is. My tank came stock with 2 stripes that swooped down and along the tank. I bought matching hard bags when I got the bike. I soon realized I didn't like the pinstripes, especially when I was setting up to change the logos on my tank. I had my pinstriper go over the lines on both the bags and the tank. I have since bought new CVO bag bottoms so no stripes, but my tank still has the covered lines and you cant even tell.

It can be done. My buddy had davis pinstriping out of new york do his roadglide. He has a denim Black with the red stripes. My buddy did gloss black flames on his bike, as well as covering all the red pinstriping with gloss black.
