Default covering back rest

I have a piston/cable back rest. I stripped my ultra down for different look but have the big touring seat. Trying to figure out thinner seat to use but has to be able to go over back rest bracket. The piston back rest sticks up farther and real pain to take off and on. Any ideas guys.
