Send a PM to makr@bakerdrivetrain or whatever his username is here. I'd also see if baker has a booth where you are.

Thanks for the responses guys, I pulled the top cover and see nothing obvious. I left a message at baker and sent a few emails/messages on forums/facebook etc. Baker returned a call at 1:15 am last night. I wasn't awake but left me a nice voicemail and where to start. Seems like damn good customer service so far!

Hogpro, I just realized I've been ordering stuff off your ebay store!

And just an update, Baker has been very helpful. Tech named, James, has been really knowledgeable in answering any questions I might have. And apologized more then a few times to have had this happen. He kept in touch all day sunday even though their hours are only mon-fri. I shipped it out today and they will be updating it with a new set up. It has a redesigned main shaft and a few other things as well. So far I am very Satisfied and its great knowing that some companies do still care for their customers and make good on failures. I will update this post when I have more information.
Have a good day and thanks for reading this,
Jimmy

That's really good to read/hear. In this day of the over condemning and self policing society, a company can get an unassuming bad reputation in moments, but accolades never seem to far or fast enough to overcome this electronic debauchery.
Keep us posted, as it sounds like you will be getting one of their latest and greatest creations. It should be bad a**!
Baker will forevermore be good in my book and will get my business in the future.
My $0.02

That's the reason I'm keeping this post up to date. I see people questioning bakers products regularly. Mostly only due to cost. The fact that I always get an answer or return call is awesome. They speak English. They've given me personal numbers and worked with me in middle of night and on days off. You don't find customer service like that anymore.

Well guys just to give you the end result, I received the package Wednesday after chasing down the ups driver for 4 hours(clearly I wasn't waiting il the next day). Trans was packaged very nicely, Everything looked to be new except the trap door, and the top drum. Went together very easily. Had a few, well maybe more then few questions that were all answered very quickly by James At Baker. I do have a leaking primary which Im going to grab another gasket for that tomorrow but trans wise the bike feels great. Actually a lot better, feels more firm, less sloppy and very crisp shifts. If you have any questions just message me. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and the customer service!
