It comes with 1 from the factory and I bought a second thinking it would be nice to have. Found out the only time she shut up was when we were riding, or at least I couldn't hear her, so I never took it out of the box. Still in the box.

I will add to this, yup only one with my 13 roadglide ultra. I had to buy the second one for the wife and they are not cheap. That can't cost the factory much, the price on those headsets is insane.

My 12 ultra came with one but i asked for another. The salesman met me in the lot as I was pulling away and dropped another in the tour pak.
