I like having ABS on my bike. I feel a lot safer than I did on previous bikes without it (been riding for over 30 years). There's not a lot of tire surface area in contact with the road, so anything that keeps the tires from skidding (especially on wet pavement) is a good thing in my books.

I had the police only abs on my bike that the moco was installing on the cop bikes up until 07. I hated it. Removing it from my bike was one of the early mods. The newer (08+) abs works a little better, and I suppose if I buy a newer bike, I'll probably try it again. I really don't feel like I'm missing anything by not having it.
