Welcome to HDF from the UK. Sounds like a good prospect! I'll let others offer you suggestions on a decent price for it, but as it is ten years old I suggest you budget for a full service, including all fluids, plus new tyres and battery, if it has been standing for all that time. What do you know of its story, why it hasn't been used all that time?
I'm no authority on this but I'm thinking if u can get this bike for 12k it would be a good deal. I mean 77 miles for real??? Has the thing ever really seen the road. Some things may be bad on it by now like gas, oil, battery, etc.... As far as the upgrades, to me an anniversary model is best not all upgraded and stock but that's my 2 cents. 77 miles I'm still scratching my head.

Thanks Brown
oh yeah it's already figured in to my budget.
My guess is some big fish bought it as a "cool" toy and got scared and after 10 years of his wife yelling at him he finally sold it. I found it at a exotic car dealership the order went Ferrari Ferrari rolls Road King Ferrari. kinda crazy. got to love the internet.
I dropped a line to the dealer to try and get some info.
2003 road king - is it the 2 tone black & silver? If so that is a real nice looking machine - 1 of the best color combos HD ever did - you found a nice one, but if it is at a dealer don't they have a $ tag on it to start from?
