I guess I am just cheap, but I went to Autozone and bought 4 LED strips of various size, and bought a waterproof switch. For about $35 bucks and some time in the garage, I got the lights on the bike for about 1/3 the price of a "kit". Just an option.

I was in Auto Zone the other day getting a OP sending unit for my car, and seen those strips they sell. They actually didn't look bad to me for the money. I take it your pleased with them? Any hassles on install?
No issues at all. Simple two way tape and they are flexible to stay flush on curved surfaces. Suckers are BRIGHT too!
Been in the rain twice with them and they are still going strong.

I have the Led Glow lights and they have been working fine for over a year. The only problem I had was the brain box lost it's memory, but they sent me pics on how to reset it and works fine again. Lights are fairly bright and tons of colors and patterns. Does take a while to get thru them so if you miss the pattern or color you want you got to go thru all them once again lol lol....
I too have done the auto zone set up.. Had them on my fxst for a year with 0 issues.. stuck under the tank just fine.. I dnt need to have any flashing lights.. I'm not an attention *****
