Default stereo controls

I've been looking at installing a different head unit in my '13 SG. Is there a way to retain the handlebar stereo controls?

I have been using the Biketronics setup for around 6 yrs with no problems,and it is the ONLy one that retains the AVC which I feel is important.

I have the Biketronics kit on, with my Sony head unit. No issues.

I like the Biketronics kit I'm running but if ya are cheap and handy with a soldering iron ya can use a PAC controller.
