I'm not complaining at all! I applaud you guys who deal with 4-5 months of heavy winter weather. I agree Bay Area weather is great the few times I've been there. But I'll stick to south Texas and I'm happy to say its awesome weather to me!

Here in NJ, it's been an unusually mild fall so far. I just got out today (after the morning rain) for a nice 56 deg, mostly cloudy, local ride. For late November, we consider that AWESOME riding weather.
Sunday they are calling for a high of 29 and a low of 16.
UltraNutz I see your in a Cypress just west of me. I'm in La Porte. Yeah those guys have several months of modding and dialing everything in... We just ride until we break something then add stuff while we're fixing it. No down time around here!
yeah just right up the road man.. go through there all the time taking the LONG way to galveston.
I break crap all the time.. at least my wife thinks so. Then when I go to add new stuff to what's not really broken, I just wrap it around safety and she says nothing.

i feel your pain man.. No complaints here.. About every other summer there are about 10 - 14 days maybe where beer can never be cold enough! The rest of the year.. RIDE IT!

just to add, wear the rain gear or for that matter a windbreaker on top of either leather or textile jacket -- in either rain or cold weather is the way to go.
