Random thoughts
Weather is cold, maybe unemployed if can't find another job come march, watching my boys while wife is out and about. What a better time to daydream while TMNT is the only thing on TV.
Not 100% sure if my new 2014 denim streetglide may have to be sold come march but to get my mind off of the situation. I'm am reading this site and planning out future mods to it.
This site is great at making me spend virtual cash, so far, I have found out I can put up to 12" apes with only changing the wiring. Exhaust is a hard thing to decide on.
Being that my street is denim and reminds me of the lead sled Mercs, I am trying to figure out how to stay with the theme.
My thoughts...
12" apes in black, with wires ran internal
S&S air cleaner with the hood clips or hyper charger
Lower the front n rear an inch or two
Exhaust, haven't figured out but would like to powder coat the mufflers cherry bomb red, so I can get the old school hot rod look.
Some pin striping
Vinyl graphics on side of bags, dirty white boy or white trash
I like plasm rods on the rear and maybe some LEDs under tank a long with deleting stock rear signals. I am thinking about some led within the batwing
vent.
Add additional running lights upfront.
Black front lowers and crash bar
Not wanting to delete all chrome, I am starting to hate those who say, get rid all chrome! I like chrome, just not covered in it.lol
Meanwhile, dreaming about the streetglide, I have to change up the train a bit for the wife as that is now her bike. She don't like the jockey shift or apes. The deal was, I get the street she gets the train. At least if I sale the street, I can always ride her bike. Thank god, she don't want it pink or looking like a girly bike.
That is all, feel a bit better, talking virtually to someone while cartoons are on and can't go outside.
