Solid billet grip vibration?
my hands are screwed..arthritis since i was a kid, and carpal tunnel as an adult.
the only grips that do work for me are the stock H-D grips. ( diameter, larger foam grips or skinny grips just hurt)
for me the "tuning" of the bar bushings can be crucial, vibrations can be tuned in or out with the pre-load and rubber bushings work better for me than poly.
But that's just me with my screwy hands- your results will likely be different.

There are various things you can consider, if your bars vibrate. As well as the handlebar mounting bushings there are add-in weights that can be inserted inside the bar ends, to dampen vibration.
