Well called them up today awesome customer service. Told him I had bought the jack used and he said no problem hed send me some rubber feet for free. But the pneumatic bottle will only fit on the pneumatic jack. O well still super happy about it
I'm thinking some of you who are sold on the J & S (and I'm not knocking it at all) don't do a whole lot of work on your bike or you would be much more impressed with the rotating feature of the PitBull........! (no I don't own one, but I've done enough work on my bike to know that feature would be well worth it!)
Well that is a pretty good video J & S made! I don't own any of those jacks. I will say that even with all the movement shown with the bikes on the HF and PB, they didn't fall off! My red Sears jack has a little flex in it too, but it has never even come close to falling off. I won't say anything negative about the J & S or the PB, because I haven't used one. But to infer the cheaper jacks are not safe to lift your bike with is ridiculous......I've done it too many times, as have many others, and the commercials that say that are insulting as far as I'm concerned. (as is this cheesy video obviously make by J & S or their good buddies!)
Called yesterday to get information on their Trike JacK and ended up ordering one for the wifes new trike. Great service placed order at 10:00AM and received conformation and shipping notice 2 hours later.

you don't even know what you're talking about if you never used a "good" jack for your bike....you just been lucky
Well even though I posted the video ,I use a red sears jack also, have been for 7 years now and have never had a problem.
having said that, when it comes time to buy a new one I will buy the J&S
I have used my J&S jack for 7 years. Its the best tool that I bought to work on my bikes. I did use other brands that my friends owned, but the first time I used the J&S I was sold on it.
I happen to have a Pitbull with turntable. I have lifted my '09 Ultra Classic.... I have used it (without the turntable and with the trike adapter), and now on my Road King. Never had a shred of instability with the pitbull. Can even sit on the bike while elevated AND spin the turntable without tieing the bike down. I have heard the J&S is also a great jack.
