HD bagger min apes

Been reading here for a while on apes on baggers. I dont seem to find any mention of the OE apes from HD . Is there something i should avoid? are they uncomfortable?

I have em on my bike. Basically got them for free with chrome cash. I've put them on two bikes....no wire extensions no cable changes. I like em.

I have them on my 2013 SG......love 'em....they're $180.00 which is about $200.00 bucks cheaper than Yaffe Monkey bars
