I know there are a ton of options. Looking for your experiences and recommendations both good and bad to help in my decision making. Want to order heads (ready to bolt in) and possibly 107 kit for 2011 SG 103 for self install. Have a good dyno guy here for tuning. Already have 777 cams, sert, air, exhaust. Thanks all!
When I am ready I am going to go with hillside or fuel moto. Both have what you are looking for. Both have the customer service and the experience. Search 107 builds on this forum and you will be impressed. Again scott at hillside or Jamie at fuelmoto for the good (stuff)!

Yep, plenty of info on HS and FM, both seem great. Any input on things you would do or not do looking back. Any issues with the build? CR , tuning, etc?
Here are my observations and opinions, but they are just that opinions so I am sure some will disagree.
First I did a FM 107 on top of what I had, TW-6, FM touring pipes, stock head pipe. I had a street port done to the heads by Bean at Big Boyz.
One thing to do first is check your run out.
Now things I would do different:
1) I think my head pipe is restricting (could better scavenging), I would go with a 2-1 system and I plan too soon, looking at the Drago's 2-1.
2) I would probably go with larger exhaust valve on the heads. More like the level B heads FM provides.
3) I would get a good dyno guy and a good tune. I have the PCV w/ AT but I am sure I am leaving some low end torque on the table. Sounds like you already have this planned.
4) I would go with a AIM clutch instead of the heavier Barnett spring. You need to do one or the other.
I'm not complaining about the way my buidl runs now, it is much better 2-up on the hills than it was and it pulls hard. But given the time and money I spent on the build, these are the things I would or am going to do differently.

Thanks for the input. What comp ratio are you running?
I would recommend a complete proven "kit" from one reputable builder with their heads or head work .... one that is not only proven together, but proven with your TW-777's. Personally, I looked at all the 107 "kits" and went with a Fuel Moto build in my 2011. I couldn't be happier. My setup is my sig and I am running a SEPST ... make sure your "sert" is a SEPST and not a SESPT or you will need a tuner as well.
OP ... know that your 2011 103" already has ACR's and the TW-777's "like" higher compression ratios. Before you make any decisions, call Bobby Wood and ask his opinion since you are running his cams .... it will be a phone call well made. I went through the details of the FM107" kit with him and his only added recommendation was the 30T sprocket mod since I ride two-up in the mountains the majority of the time .... he was right on the money.
