We are still heading out tomorrow afternoon. Should arrive around 6/7:00 PM. Changed our reservations from a state park cabin to a beach front condo in the middle of the rally. Hopefully we will find some clear sky's.

 

Headed out in the morning myself. Positive thoughts for good weather!

 

Got here about 4:00 this afternoon. Didn't get in near as much rain as I thought we would. Should be an awesome time same as last year.

2010 Limited with some stuff

 

It was a cool ride in this morning: wimped out and put the Gerbings on in Phenix City. Rain suits went on in Dothan and the rain began in earnest at Vernon.



It was pouring when we pulled into Sharky's for lunch at noon, but the rain stopped (for a while; it will be back tomorrow but then gone)



The maggies and Pina Collada's were cold, the Baja Taco's were delicious and life is good!



Doing a little work and catching up on Email in the Condo at the moment while my wife is running around nekkid, grabbing a shower and getting ready for the evening's festivities... like I said, life is good!

2010 Limited with some stuff

 

I wouldn't say it's a wash out but it's been raining a hell of a lot this week in PCB.
Got a nice ride in to Port St. Joe and the peninsula. Tried to go to Destin but the roads were flooded. Lots of roads are flooded, locals say it's the worst rain spell in 16 years. I'm not sure it got to 65 degrees today.
All in all doubt we will be back.

 

We're heading out this afternoon. Hopefully, we'll miss the rain.

We're staying over very near La Vela.

 

Wow! How lucky we were. We left Biloxi at 10 yesterday morning and arrived in PCB at 3:30. We stayed behind all the rain and was at dirty dicks eating crabs that evening! last night was a little cool but pier park was Hot!
