Weather here in central Texas cooperated nicely yesterday and we were able to go out for a ride. We left Bastrop via every little back road we could find and headed out to Lake Somerville. We road across the dam, which made it very difficult to concentrate on the group and the scenery at the same time. We ended up at the famous Royer's Cafe in Round Top, TX. This place is no bigger than my living room but the food and service are awesome. They know how to treat folks and are very biker friendly. If you are out that way, I highly recommend you stop in and set a spell.

I'm now trying to plan a ride north of Austin. If anyone out here has any recommendations, let me know something.
