Default Tires
What kind of tires are you running? I need both front and rear. Not real happy with the Metzler 880 on the rear. The dunlap on the front wore ok ,but is noisy. Any suggestions?

I am running the factory Dunlop 408 and 407 WWW on my 'King, and enjoy them.
However, a new tire is just out, the 2nd Generation Dunlop American Elite, with a rebate and info here...http://www.dunlopmotorcycle.com/info...merican-elite/

Well, how many miles did you get? I only got 10K out of teh stock rear on my Road Glide. I read about people getting 15K. Maybe if you never give it any gas and ride till it is bald as a baby's bottom. But not for me.

Plenty of tyre threads! All the major brands make suitable tyres and you will find most of them have their champions in here. Take a pin.....

No, on second thoughts we don't want a puncture!
