My little hicup is there even after the engine warms up. It started doing it after I put in the PCIII and had a dyno done. I'm pretty sure it's something in the map.

I agree FLHT.... My hiccupis even when the bike is warm and didn't happen untill after a PCIII was installed. I am going to contact Fuelmoto and power commander and see what they have to say because any mixture changes I have made haven't corrected the problem.

2. A PCIII MAY solve the problem.
This is the problem. I’ve read all I care to about the issues with these PCIII’s on the ’06 and ’07 bikes. I’m putting a RevTech DFO on mine and calling it good. If you want to ring every last bit of performance out of the bike then pony up and get a SERT and have the bike subjected to hours on the dyno.

My 06 EGC would enjoy doing the hiccup at anytime, cold or hot and right out of the box new. Have added a SERT, 25*s and still get an occassional stumble. Have just adapted my riding style to guard against it causing a problem. I had an 05 Softail, B motored, and also have an 01 95" Roadglide and neither bike ever missed a note. What gives with these 06 motors??

The PCIII problem has been researched extensively..please refer to the tuner topics of the forum...I have ordered the "G" SERT to go with the V&H Ovals and Ness Big Sucker on my Ultra. It's on back order...seems there is less discounting of the SERTS now..supply is dwindling.

I've had the 25° injectors since the bulletin came out in Feb. 06' and a SERT and all stumbles and cold start problems went away with the 25° injectors even without totally warming up the bike.

Hey JC, I understand that the bikes down there are always warm, while ours up here never get hot.
