Default Tour-Pak Locking

Hello everyone I am new to the site and ride a '06 Roadking.

Does anyone have recommendations on locking their tour-pak to their bike so it doesn't get stolen?

I really like the Motherwell locking tour-pak rack but this is only for '09 and up bikes. I would like to find something similar that works with the '06 standard docking kit.

Thanks for any input.

I have a piece of cable w/ loops I can put a lock through that.

when at a destination for some time, i often take off the T/P and put it in my lodging since I am not using it anyways

HD offers lockable latches for their detachable racks.

Ah, the price of vanity! My good ole fashioned tourpak is qd with four bolts through its floor. Ain't no way that is coming off without getting inside it first.....

The Clamp It Junior is pretty slick for detachable mount.

That is pretty slick, but lets face it, I've seen Ocean's Eleven, Twelve and Thirteen... if someone wants it bad enough, their gonna get it!

i got something very similar to that. yes, if the thief happens to be carrying the security torx bit, they are gonna get it. but, the idea is to make mine a little more of a pita to steal than the guy next to me (not that i want someone to steal yours, but i'm not gonna volunteer to have mine stolen either)
