how do you measure for height . I just bought what I thought was the 8 1/2 but I measure from center hole to top and it measures 8. just want to make sure I didn't get 6 1/2

tks I confirmed it today that it is a 6.5. just sucks that the dealer I bought it from wont do anything for me . when I bought it it was in open box and the box said 8.5 and its not. wont even buy a French fry from him again

You bought a new Klock Werks windshield and it has 6 1/2" in a 8 1/2" box and the dealer won't fix it. Why not ? I'd call Klock Werks and bitch about the dealer until one or the other corrected the problem. I'm about to purchase the 8 1/2", maybe I'll wait and see how this is resolved.

its not a dealer. he is restoration shop. regardless he should fix the problem but he wont . he is saying he was selling on consignment well I didn't know that it was in box and in his showroom. all I can say is, well I don't know what to say
