Default Need some help ASAP!

I was removing the front tire of my 2010 street glide and noticed that one of the screws that holds the axle bracket on the right side of the wheels was broken in half....
Is there any way to fix it or do in need a new fork leg?

not sure why the picture is rotated but the pic needs to be rotated so the bolts are pointing down

Default stud

There is no reason why the piece left cannot be removed thru several different ways and a new stud installed. You can try a jam nut method, a vise grip method, some heat gun or other ways to loosen the remaining piece. It is not a crisis.

its a stud with threads on both ends, double nut it or use vise grips to grab it and thread it out of the leg and replace with a new stud.

That stud thread looks very badly distorted and reduced diameter (necking). I suspect it was subjected to some serious overtightening

Use some heat from a heat gun just in case it was tightened with red Loctite.

I would pull them both and replace them. If one was over torqued, then I would bet both were. A local Indy suggested to me that I replace them every other time I take the fork clamp off. The bolts get stressed every time you torque, and remove. Cheap enough bolt and easy to do so why not.....then again it is just the front wheel.
