I noticed on my last couple in-town rides that my heat management has seemed to stopped working... The green light when I set reverse throttle is on, and I have double checked in the ECM that is it set to ON... but it hasn't come on at stops for the last 2 rides I've taken. My only recent change was to go to all LEDs for headlamps, taillights and turn signals... I got the Kuryakyn Panacea kits...
these parameters have to be met in order for it to activate when On:
engine temp 287+
twist grip=idle
vehicle speed under 1 mph
engine speed under 1200 rpm
The reason I'm asking is because I flashed a canned map for my bike from Dynojet the other day and noticed the same thing happening. As it turned out the tune didn't have the EITMS activated. Went into the configuration tab and the EITMS want even highlighted for me to turn it on or off. Didn't matter that I had it activated with the twist grip it wouldn't work.
OP if you've recently updated your tune, check in the configuration tab on the PV to make sure it's activated there too.

I just looked at my tune with WinPV ...........Look in ENVIRONMENT, and then you can set the on and off temperature thresholds.
Maybe you're running an old software version? The one I have is 2.0.6.1319
In the old version, I think you had to enable PRO to get to the EITMS.
