If your bike is set up properly for comfort for the both of you and you stop every 125-150 to stretch your/her legs you should be fine. I did 640 miles (12 hours) from NJ to Maggie Valley two weeks ago and felt great on arrival but I was by myself.

I see your riding a 2014 "Cadillac", so you and her should be fine.....

That 300 you did...Was that with her? What kind of traveling experience does she have on a bike?

Just stop for a little bit when you guys need to stretch or feel fatigued. Make sure to hydrate and munch on some sort of food. I rode a Dyna solo to and from Myrtle Beach last year (725+ each way). We stopped around every 100-125, mainly because of my smaller tank and another guy that was on a Suzuki Boulevard.

I would be more worried about your lady than you. If she is a trooper, follow the good advice above.
If she is a complainer, I'd take the truck!!

When I plan a road trip, I usually plan on 50 miles traveled per hour, figuring in gas and food stops. If you are hauling butt, maybe more, but if you stop to smell the roses, less. 530 miles would be about 10 1/2 hours on the road. On a bright sunny day it would be the most fun you've ever had on the road. If it's beastly hot, or cold and rainy, it will seem like the longest day ever. If you and your wife have not travelled together on the bike, this could be a real test of your patience and your wife's endurance.

With only two weeks till your trip, it may be too late to make the proper arrangements, but what about trailering your bike to your destination and save the riding for when you get there?

I guess it's a personal thing, but I can ride my bike longer than I can stand being in a car. I say take the bike.

There is another person going. Did you ask her what she would rather take? If I doing this solo, no brainer. Take the bike. I would rather be in the truck rather than listening to her complain about the heat, or the seat, or the rain.
