We just purchased a new trailer and I am looking for some of the one man operation wheel chocks to put in it. The old trailer had the regular old style chocks that you really need two people to tie the bikes down with and I hated them. I've seen some in the past where you can pull the bike into it and the bike will stay upright on its own. Thanks guys.
I used one of these for a year dragging my bike for 16,000 miles and it was so simple, ride in, and step off. I used the optional "Integrated tie-down system", which eliminates the need to strap down the front forks. I used a strap on the rear tire to keep the rear from moving side to side and you will want to strap the handle bars just to minimize the side to side sway.
Really easy to install. Easy to use. One person operation. You can literally push the bike into the chock, it will lock into place, let go of the bike and she stands straight up for you to tie down.

Bad, you gotta get thecondors http://www.customdynamics.com/condor_motorcycle_wheel_chock.htm The first time I saw these, a guy that was much smaller than the band new RoadGlide and he started pushing it, got it rolling, then...let got of it!!! It rolled into the condor and stopped and the chaulk wasn't even bolted down!!! These things are amazing!!!
Greetings from Anchorage Alaska. I built my own trailer and ordered a chalk my cousin and her husband use in the back of their 5th wheeler. You get what you pay for and I'm sold onthis chalk because I can also use it in the garage as welland once you drive up on it, you can walk away(garage) or get off to do up your straps(trailer). Getting my Ultra off the chalk I have to be sitting on it and pull backwards on the handlebars but it comes right out. Best $295.00 I spent on the trailer. I needed the trailer to be a one man operation and I'm very happy with it.
