I used to have a 2013 Road King that I had put a Woody's fairing and King Tour Pack on. They were both detachable and it worked out great.
Fast forward a number of years and I traded in the road king for a Freewheeler. I was able to use the same fairing and tour pack on my Freewheeler. Again, they are both detachable and work great. GQTechs makes the bracket for putting a tour pack on a Freewheeler.
I must have missed a comment. I don’t think he said anything about Tri Glides. And probably saved some money.
He went with a Freewheeler, then added a fairing and tourpack.
Basically making a TRI, with a harder to access trunk, and a tourpack that cant support much weight..
Curious.
Just got back from a month trip with the Freewheeler but I hauled it in my toy hauler as thats our home away from home. Rode the trike all but one day. Even went for grocery's on the trike and the wife only had to carry the chips and hot dog buns for lack of anymore space in the trunk .
I have a trailer store batwing fairing and I have no desire to have a tour pack but different strokes. I also added the cheap chinese lowers and an engine guard to mine.
