Default First service !!

Ready for first service any recommendations on oils , $185.00 for Harley oil, $220.00 for synthetic. Use to run Lucas in my Heritage.

I would do it myself and use whatever oil I wanted and save alot of money

those figures are for the ENTIRE 1000 mile service right?

Everyone has their own favorites.
Just use full synthetic and something better than motor oil in the tranny.
I use the Red Line brand and heavy shockproof in the tranny.

Yes price includes 32 point check , after first one I will change oil myself. Just want to make sure everything is alright the first time.

Very True,
We all have our favorites. 20/60 Redline in my engine, Belray 75/140 Gear Saver in the trans and HD Primary+ in the primary. Seems that the Primary+ cuts down on the "Fretting" that some folks are seeing on the SE compensators.

I understand they say a 32 point check will take place but unless you have a good dealer that won't happen.

There is supposed to be a 32 point check, adjust and lube clutch cable, check torque on all fasteners, etc. Hope they do it and not just look to see if all the nuts are there.

I can tell you for a fact I purchased 4 bikes from the same dealer and that type of service never happened.
