Is this good, we are cleaning out from a snow storm here in Indiana. What she he offer or what should he take. Any deals going on for the purchase of new or used bikes

It's not good, but it's not bad. Is it an "A" or a "B"? (silver frame or black frame, that's the easiest way to tell) VRSCBs should be cheaper in price and this price may be a little high for a B. Shoot the seller a lower price, especially if the VRSC line is not very popular there.

Kelly Blue Book lists the retail price of a 2004 VRSCA at 12395 and a VRSCB at 11490. I'd offer a lower price, especially since it's not got much in the way of accessories.
