thanx to everyone who has answered my previous questions....Anywho-i want to install a liscense plate relocator on my axle.is it illegal not to run a light on my plate?I lve in so. cal. And ifit is illegal ,is it something they inforce

24601 VC requires that a white light illuminate the plate but not project light behind the vehicle.
I don't know if it is strictly enforced or not but you would run the risk of a fine without a light.
