hi
just got my bike today. Noticed I'm on tippy toes when sitting on bike. I'm 5ft 7in and would like to sit flat footed on the bike. I noticed rear shocks are adjustable? How can they be adjusted and will this lower the seat enough? the bike I noticed is heavy a lil for me and think this would make lil more to handle. Also any tips for a new rider would be greatly appreciated since this is my first harley.
Are you on a VRSCR StreetRod? I'm 5'7" and I am great on my VRSCA. Lowering the rear shocks on a R will reduce your cornering clearance, which is one of the goals of the R, so you may want to consider having the seat modified before that.
yepp eazy got the same bike maybe it's a lil difference in the bike but I'm on top part of my foot and would like to be flat footed think i'll have the seat modified one of the guys here was saying that they can cut out some of the foam and put gel in it and lower seat and more comfortable. Love the bike so far just lil weary about it tipping over a lil.
