I'm installing a side license plate with light. From where I can tap to source power for the light??? I have a Dyna Stree Bob.

The tail light. NOT the brake light wire, but the TAIL light wire. That's what I did on my home made jobbie. Been worin' good for the past 1,000 miles!!!

Snakeeyes according to my Manual, rear tail light wireshould be Red/Yellow. Hope this helps.

06 taillite wiring - - - -

one forground -black

one forleft turn - violet

one forright turn - brown

twoforbrake -
red/yellow, front brake

orange/white, rear brake

one for tail - blue

Mudpuddle on a side note, how do you get the pic in your post and not just an attachment,( The attachment resolution sucks)? Do you have to go thru all the crap taking it to photobucket then (Image....Image)?

Help!!! Wired the license plate light per directions here and now the headlight and taillight doesn't work. The tail light only works when I press the brake. What could be the problem?
