Yeah, I've been Se deuced. 2003 100th anniversary CVO, added 100th bags, heel rests, sissy pad, luggage carrier w/ sacpac roll. The CVO guys do a great job. You pay for it and I believe it's worth it. Sold my 1960 panhead to get her, that was a rigid, 6 volt kicker and man, though I cried when it rode away, I am so spoiled now with my deuce, kinda feel like this is what happens as you get older..... things get easier. No chain to tighten and lube, lights stay bright at low R's, knees don't get wrenched in the opposite direction with slipped dogs ratcheting the kicker, don't have to guess advance for the distributer,........do I have to go on? Man 45 years have brought the moco a long way. Before that Pan (owned it for over 20 years) I built and got an assemblers title for a custom sportster, totaled (2) harleys, ruptured liver, speen, broke most every bone at least once, several twice, laid her down many times (had a chain go on the ditch once, wrapped around my rear axel / locked up, I had to kick out and slide, etc, etc). SOOO I wear the broken wings, but love my HD. Write me @
