Default Dyna Definitions

The dealer told me there was a way to read the codes off the speedometer.......... after I paid to read the code.

1999 Dyna Lowrider
44,000 miles

Putting the cam position sensor in myself (code 3). Was told the code could be cleared through the speedometer also or it would take 25 starts and the code will clear.

Anyone know how to read the codes or clear the codes using the bike?

Thank,

WI
