First: Welcome to the forum....from Maryland
Second: I saw your other post about the bike and would say that it is unlikely that you can unload the sportster quickly with the asking price close to a new bike. If it is a big enough burden, maybe take a loss on it and get it over with. (No I'm not saying that because I want it....I don't) Best of luck to you with this.
