Help!

Hi from accross the pond,wet as hell over here in the uk at the moment,friend told me about this site....Fantastic!...better than anything I've seen in the uk,would love to show you all my bike,05 Wide Glide,but can't seem to get the Avatar thing to work,keep getting the message that the "file is too large"? Have tried to re-size my pics using the link/instructions in the newbie area but still get the same message(file too large)....any suggestions?

Sorry bout the repitition guys,just found my original post....didn't think it had gone on the site at first glance,then found it waaaay down the page after I'd already re-posted...this site sure seems busy...loads of posts since mine,thats why I missed it!
