Use to be involved with antique cars (had a 60 T-Bird) but about 3 years ago started to drool over Harley bikes (don't know why as I had not been on a bike in 20 years)...so to make a long story short, sold the car and bought a 1997 1200 custom ( with lots of extras) to see if my wife and I would enjoy it. Didn't get to ride much this summer as I needed to get my endorsement so in July I took a safety course thru a college ( classes were full but got lucky and found a cancellation). Next 2 months we put close to 2000 miles on the bike....guess we both like it...LOL. Looking forward to a full riding season next year.
Howdy, welcome to the forum. Congrats on getting your Harley, now you know why the rest of us like them so well. Hope that good riding weather comes your way soon. Enjoy the ride.
This is a great place to hang out and learn more about your bike. Stick around, read the DIY forum (that TC guy knows what he is talking about) and have some fun with us.
