...to say "Hello". I am Jerry from Goldsboro, NC. I have not had a HARLEY (or any bike) since 1984. That is the year my first born arrived and changed my life forever. My first HD was a '74 Sportster Chopper with a long springer (Easy Rider)front end. I liked it a lot, but, my 6' 4" frame did not fitwell on the Sportster frame. I sold it to a close friend (he still has it) and bought a new '79 Super Glide (yes - AMF label on the tank). I spentall myspare change turning the AMF into a great looking bike. Then, new wife said if she was going to ride, she wanted more seat to ride on, so, Isold the Glideand bought an '82 Dresser. In 1984, as I mentioned, daughter was born. Bike was traded off (more later) and I was bike-less for the next 23 years.
Anyway...Icould not pass on a great deal on a 2004 BLAZING BONES FATBOY #74 of 200 with lots of extras. I feel "whole" again. I discovered this site looking for BAREBACK saddlebag quick-disconnect hardware. I already have the SISSY BAR/LUGGAGE RACK QD. Ole' BLAZN04 looks best without any of it, but...any suggestions are appreciated. I really do not want to run the bags all the time, but, do need them often.
I am not one to make a comment on every issue that pops up - but, I do not miss a chance to learn as much as I can by watching. It looks like a great place to be!
