Default Introduction

Howdy, Old rider / New Member. bought my first bike in 1969, an Electraglide full dresser. Since then I've owned/ridden 550 Suzuki Gt, Honda 450, 2 Gold Wings and have gone back to my roots to a 2002 Road King. I see the end of my riding years in sight and an trying to make the most of them. In the last four years I've ridden to Gettysburg PA, a great bike destination, Laconia twice, OK but not my thing my partying days are behind me, Great Smokey Mountains / Maggie Valley NC and Sturgis SD. I would like to do my ride of a lifetime this summer and ride what's left of Rt 66 from Chicago to Cal. If anyone has done all or part I would be thankfull for any advice that you send my way. Keep the rubber side down,
