new to the forum. I am currently in the market for an 08 FatBob. I am wondering how much a dealership will come down on it's prices. Can any of you give me an idea of what you have paid for for a FatBob. Not sure if it matters, but I am from the Chicago area. Thanks
Now that the better weather is here if you can get out at MSRP plus taxes I believe you're doing good. Many of the < MSRP deals have vanished, at least in this area.
I just bought mine down inMissouri and got it for about a $900under msrp and paying no freight or anyhting else. I hear that this is pretty uncommon. I shopped pretty hard and after some aggresive negotiations ended up $1,500 better than any of the other dealers were quoting me, andthats after I tried to negotiate. From what I hear most of time you are lucky if you get out the door only paying msrp + doc and freight. I went to 3 dealers and they were all asking 18-19k for the bike when the msrp was only 15k. When you are looking for something that is new and hot too like a fat bob,I would think that they will try and milk you for all that you are worth too. I think that I got the hook up though cause I know the owners daughter?
