Threads and Posts... Help!

How do I view my previous threads and posts? Is there a quicklink? I came form xlforum.net and now I have a Dyna, so trying to get setup on this site. I post all the time, but cannot find how to see updates or anything on threads and my posts.

Can someone PM me the answer, as I wil not be able to find this post short of a search. I want to know if there is a link that tracks all the threads I have done or posted to in the past, so i can easily find updates.

Click on User CP (control panel) top left of the page, scroll down a little bit and select Subscribed threads >> List subscribtions. You should see all the threads that you started or posted a reply to.
