My name's Steve I'm 27 and just bought my first Harley '99 Heritage Softail FLSTC.

Before that I had an 82 yamaha maxim that I chopped up into a bobber. Been riding MX a large portion of my life, but no longer per doctors orders.

After my last heart operation (I've had 4) I was feeling a bit depressed, so I went and bought a Harley.

Feeling much better now.

Glad to hear that you are doing ok after your last operation! So what mods do you have planned for the new ride??? Enjoy it! I just bought my first Harley after owning many metric cruisers and am loving every minute riding this thing!

Yeah 4, it's most likely Genetic as my mom had a transplant two years ago. Mine's not as serious as hers though.

I don't really have a ton of mods planned at the moment, other than taking the apes off and making some custom beach-hollywood hybrid bars for it this weekend.

I'm not necissarily into all the chrome that much, but it does look good. But I'm more into the bikes that look like they've been ridden a bunch and have a lot of soul if that makes sense.
