1st Time Harley Owner
My name is Terry, Live in Texas. Spent some time in the Navy, and have been working on aircraft for about 30 years. Just purchased a 2011 ultra Classic 5 days ago. Very happy so far. Most recent motorcycle is a 2008 Triumph Bonneville America. Enjoyed the bike in local rides, and like the looks too! Am much happier now with the comfort level of a heavier bike, and the added storage capacity. The fairing and windshield makes a huge difference in a naked bike. Also really enjoy the stereo. I usually wait until the temperature is in the 60's to ride the Triumph. No problem riding in the low 40's on the Ultra. This is with a light jacket and gloves. After 5 days of ownership, enjoy hitting the curves and watching the windscreen go side to side. Looking forward to some long rides. Wasn't happy traveling more than 60 miles one way on the Triumph.
