Welcome abord from Oklahoma. Grips are easy to install just loosen your switch housings on left side and pull grip off with force, sometimes twisting because they use glue. On the throttle side loosen both cable adjustment completly, loosen switch housing screws, remove cables off old throttle, I use a scribe, and reinstall the cables onto the new throttle. GOOD LUCK....future to use info--there is a GREAT do-it-yourself sectionon this forum. Have a great day.
