Finally saved enough for a new to me 2001 FXSTI. Will be asking questions as time goes by as I tick off all my maintenance tasks. My first being, how much popping should be considered a problem when engine braking? I lose about 4000 feet on my ride into work every morning and I engine brake going into most of the turns. It seems sometimes that she's popping like crazy as I slow down. Normal? Thanks in advance.
