Function Switch Saga

I ordered a new radio function switch for my 98 FLHTCUI. (new bike to me) Followed instructions per manual. Placed cardboard between brake lever and lever bracket. Replaced old broken functino switch with new one. connected wiresHad a tough time fitting wires back into switch housing. New tuning part fit correctly next to Cruise. When all back together the tuning switch worked perfect. Bad news is that I lost cruise , brake light, and both turn signals. I have checked fuse. OK. I checked to see if I pulled out the plugs in fairing. No. I am stuck... Any suggestions? Thanks!
